Refund policy:

Excursions, fishing and golf: reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours before the excursion to be reimbursed. Reservations for private excursions must be canceled at least 7 days before the trip for reimbursement. Reservations canceled less than 72 hours / 7 days before the tour will not be refunded. Other cancellation policies may apply for group bookings and will be specified at the time of booking.

Vacation rental: each and every one of the payments made for vacation rentals with www.villalongbeachpuntacana.com, are not refundable. If you are canceling your reservation due to, p. illness, death or similar, we may be able to change your dates and keep your payments. Keep in mind, however, that we do not guarantee that this is possible.

Transportation: reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours before the transportation service to be reimbursed. Reservations canceled less than 72 hours before the transportation service will not be refunded.

Special offers: Cancellation policies will be applied according to the type of special offer and will be specified at the time of booking.

No presentation: customers who “do not show up” for their reserved and confirmed services will not be reimbursed.

Plugin: Smush

Note: Smush does not interact with visitors to your website. Smush’s only input data option is subscription to the newsletter for site administrators only. If you want to notify your users about it in your privacy policy, you can use the following information.

Smush sends images to the WPMU DEV servers optimizing them for use on the web. This includes the EXIF data transfer. The EXIF data will be deleted or returned as is. They will not be saved on the WPMU DEV servers.

Smush uses an external email service (Drip) to send informational emails to the site administrator. The administrator’s email is sent to Drip and a cookie is established for this service. Only the administrator information is collected by Drip.
